Call for Cases
QICC 2026 Case Submission welcomes real-world cardiovascular cases with diagnostic value, therapeutic insight, technical features, complication management experience or multidisciplinary collaboration significance.
Outstanding cases may be invited for presentation at QICC 2026 case sessions and selected submissions may be recommended to JACC: Case Reports. Authors interested in submitting to JACC: Case Reports should prepare materials according to the journal requirements.
Case Categories
1. Coronary Cases
CTO cases, complication cases, complex high-risk PCI, coronary imaging and physiology, and acute coronary syndrome cases.
2. Pacing and Electrophysiology Cases
Clinical cases related to pacing, electrophysiology diagnosis and treatment.
3. Structural Heart Disease Cases
Aortic valve, mitral valve, tricuspid valve, pulmonary valve, left atrial appendage closure and congenital heart disease cases.
4. Difficult and Critical Cases
Cases with complex diagnosis, challenging treatment decisions, critical care value or multidisciplinary collaboration significance.
5. ECG Cases
ECG-related cases with teaching value, diagnostic insight or representative presentation value.
Case Requirements
Complete Case Data
Materials should include chief complaint, history, physical examination, auxiliary tests, diagnosis and treatment process, follow-up and discussion.
Clear Clinical Focus
Highlight key decision points, rationale, technical details, complication management or clinical lessons.
Standardized Materials
Relevant imaging, ECG, procedural images, tables and supplemental materials may be uploaded when necessary.
Privacy Protection
Submissions must not include identifiable patient information and should comply with medical ethics and privacy requirements.
